We are looking for a Partner Management Processing Specialist to support our Business Development team.

This is an ideal entry point for someone early in their career who wants exposure to business development, financial operations, and deal flow.

You’ll play a key role behind the scenes by helping move deals forward through partner communication, documentation organization, and accurate CRM management.

If you're highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow into finance or operations, this is a strong launchpad.

In this role, you’ll support deal flow, communicate with partners, and keep systems and documentation organized so the Business Development team can operate efficiently.


What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to partner and customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Support underwriting and closing by organizing and preparing documentation
  • Assist with partner onboarding and communication
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and internal records
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to Business Development Associates
  • Help keep deals moving efficiently through the pipeline

Job Requirements
What We're Looking For:

Strong candidates typically have experience in:
• Administrative or operations support
• Sales support or account coordination
• CRM systems or data entry
• Document preparation or file management
• Customer or client communication


You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Are:
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• A strong written communicator
• Reliable with strong follow-through
• Interested in finance, operations, or business development


Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with tools like Microsoft Office, Teams, Slack
• Prior experience in administrative, banking, or operations support roles is a plus
