Job Description

Worthington Tractor Parts, Inc. is looking for a Parts Manager with good work history, reliability, positive attitude, and great work ethic to join our team at their WTP Implements Division in Sioux Falls, SD. Prefer farming/agriculture equipment experience as well as parts management or parts system experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process daily parts requests (orders) internally and externally

  • Manage orders, fulfillment of extraordinary requests, and communicating needs related to emergency shipments from suppliers.

  • Internal and external tracking of all orders.

  • Monitoring of all parts information within internal systems to maintain consistency and organization.

  • Assist in new parts setup as needed.

  • Assist in inventory allocation as needed.

  • Review and manage all parts returns internally and externally.

  • Review and manage open purchase orders. Follow up with customers and vendors as needed.

  • Product support and selling of all implement parts offered via our Dealer network and Direct sale customers.

  • Co-op annual inventory counts and procedures as requested.

  • Must remain focused and professional in high stress situations.

  • Responsible for all outgoing parts shipments from WTP Implements Division/Capello and Redekop.

  • Must be able to lift over 50lbs

  • Unloading and loading of parts as needed.
