Parts Sales Development Representative
The Parts Sales Development Representative reports to the Parts Manager.
Key Roles
• Proactively identify, pursue, and convert new sales opportunities through high-volume outbound calling, email outreach, and consistent follow-up.
• Develop strong relationships with both new and existing dealer accounts, distributors, and end users, with a focus on expanding stocking levels and increasing share of wallet.
• Build new dealer partnerships in targeted territories and support onboarding to accelerate early revenue generation.
• Advise customers on the right parts solutions for their equipment, diagnose needs quickly, and ensure an exceptional sales experience at every interaction.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records to track pipelines, opportunities, stocking insights, and call activity.
• Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries, converting them into sales opportunities within 24 hours or less.
Responsibilities
• Execute daily outbound call campaigns using a documented prospecting model and targeted account list.
• Hunt for new business aggressively—leveraging call blocks, email sequences, follow-up cadences, and personalized outreach to generate consistent activity and closed sales.
• Develop dealer accounts by analyzing inventory gaps, recommending stocking levels, and driving purchase commitments aligned with seasonal and regional needs.
• Understand customer challenges and position Diamond’s parts solutions that reduce downtime, improve uptime, and lower operator costs.
• Participate in call listening, coaching, and skill-building sessions to continually refine selling techniques.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and promotional placement on every customer interaction.
• Track and report performance of targeted outbound sales campaigns, including conversion rates, call volume, revenue impact, and dealer stocking trends.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, discipline, and willingness to aggressively chase opportunities.
• Maintain focus and productivity during an 8-hour shift, including high call volumes and rapid response expectations.
• Work independently, manage multiple competing priorities, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist teammates with solutions and insights to drive overall sales team success.
• Actively contribute to regular sales meetings and company-wide meetings.
• Support a safe work environment by following all safety policies and PPE requirements.
All other duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Two (2)+ years of success in outbound telephone sales, parts sales, or a high-activity inside sales environment preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed call quotas, sales goals, and new business targets.
• Strong desire to win—self-motivated, competitive, and persistent in pursuing leads and closing opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, clarity, and professional correspondence.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM systems, and online platforms.
• Trainable, coachable, and open to feedback with the ability to apply new skills quickly.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Self-directed with high discipline and the ability to work without micromanagement.

Location: 350 E 60th St
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Days: Monday – Friday
