Parts & Service Supervisor – Now Hiring!
Lift Pro Equipment Co., Inc. is looking for a hands-on, people-focused Parts & Service Supervisor to help lead our shop and parts team in Sioux City, IA Office. We’re a long-standing material-handling dealership serving SD, MN, IA, NE, and WY, and we take pride in great service and reliable equipment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the daily operations of our Service Shop and Parts Department
- Support technicians, dispatch service calls, and make sure repairs run smoothly
- Work closely with Sales, Parts, and Service teams to keep jobs moving
- Help create quotes, review paperwork, and maintain accurate records
- Keep parts inventory organized and ensure techs have what they need
- Communicate with customers and suppliers in a friendly, professional way
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Experience in parts sales or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of lift equipment and construction machinery a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
