We are currently seeking a Front Desk Patient Access Representative to join our team in Trimont, MN. As a Front Desk patient access rep, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients and visitors. Your friendly and welcoming demeanor will set the tone for each patient's experience at our facility.
Location: Trimont, MN
Pay range: $17.80 - $24.04
Schedule: .6 FTE
Windom Area Health seeks a full-time Patient Access Representative to provide excellent customer service to patients at our main entrance at our Trimont location. Primary roles include receptionist duties, registering patients, following up on patient information, pre-registering, and scheduling patient visits, tests and procedures. Candidates must have professional communication skills with a high level of courtesy, and attention to detail. A high school diploma and previous experience in a health care setting is required, or the equivalent in a medical related degree. Benefit eligible!
