Soukup Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Asphalt Paving Foreman to join our growing asphalt paving operations.
We are looking for a hardworking, motivated leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, values teamwork, and has the experience to safely and efficiently lead an asphalt paving crew.

Position Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate daily asphalt paving crew operations.
• Plan and organize personnel, equipment, trucking, and material needs.
• Ensure paving work meets project specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor production, material usage, and crew efficiency.
• Maintain a safe, productive, and organized jobsite.
• Communicate effectively with Superintendents, Project Managers, and other departments.
• Train and develop crew members while promoting teamwork and accountability.
• Maintain accurate daily production records and job documentation.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of asphalt paving or related heavy civil construction experience.
• Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of asphalt paving equipment, methods, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and leading by example.
