This role is a great fit for someone who’s detail-oriented and dependable, and who values both independence and collaboration. You’ll work with a variety of small to mid-sized businesses across multiple industries, supporting their day-to-day payroll and accounting needs. You’ll also play a key role in helping clients understand their financial data and make informed decisions.

What You’ll Do
Process payroll and payroll tax filings for multiple clients
Assist with the preparation of financial reports and documentation
Provide support during tax season and assist with client tax prep
Help clients navigate their financial records and accounting software
Contribute to special projects and help improve internal workflows
Deliver responsive, friendly service by phone, email, and in person
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience with payroll and bookkeeping is strongly preferred
Solid understanding of accounting principles and best practices
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and related tools
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Clear communicator with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and enjoy being part of a team
