Please note, this position is funded through a 2-year grant. Employment may end following the 2-year grant funding. (2026-2027 and 2027-2028 school years) ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES- Analyze, track, and report PBIS Data to staff.
- Support students struggling with following appropriate behavior expectations by providing immediate intervention and guidance.
- Utilize data to identify appropriate interventions for students.
- Attend and participate in MTSS meetings as appropriate.
- Provide guidance and/or professional development regarding PBIS implementation on a Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 level.
- Facilitate small group social skills with students as needed.
- Provides proactive supervision and support in all areas of the building, creating a welcoming environment.
- Utilize attendance trends to build positive relationships with all students and families to promote daily attendance.
- Apply appropriate strategies to address chronically absent student concerns.
- Build connections with families to promote positive student behavior and attendance.
- Participate in professional development as requested by building administration and/or the SFSD.
- Facilitate PBIS Tier 1 and Tier 2 meetings.
- Collaborate with building administration regarding PBIS and attendance initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned by the building administrator to promote PBIS and attendance initiatives.
PAY INFORMATIONLevel G - $44,469.12
