As a Performance Coach at Orthopedic Institute, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of patients, including athletes recovering from sports injuries, individuals looking to improve their mobility and strength, and older adults seeking to maintain their independence. Your role will be to design and implement individualized exercise programs tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals.
You will work closely with our team of physical therapists, athletic trainers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that each patient receives the highest quality care.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in exercise science, kinesiology, or a related field, as well as experience working with patients in a performance enhancement setting.
- Certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, or Performance Coach is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as you will be working closely with patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team.
