Area Federal Credit Union is looking for a friendly, customer-focused Personal Banker/Teller (Part-Time) to join our team at our Watertown, South Dakota branch.

About the Position
As a Personal Banker/Teller, you’ll play an important role in delivering exceptional service to our members. You’ll handle daily teller transactions, assist members with opening accounts, accept loan applications, and close loans. You’ll also educate members about our products and services to help them make informed financial decisions.
We’re looking for someone who communicates effectively, pays attention to detail, and understands the importance of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and other teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Open checking, savings, and certificate accounts.
- Accept loan applications and assist with loan closings.
- Educate members about credit union products and services.
- Build positive relationships with members through face-to-face, telephone, and electronic communication.
- Provide friendly, professional, and personalized customer service.
- Maintain member confidentiality and follow established procedures.

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–5:30 PM
