LifeScape has three rehabilitations location in our region.  We specialize in helping children specifically in Rapid City, SD and Sioux City, IA.  We also work with all of individuals in our Sioux Falls, SD rehabilitation clinic.  All of our specialized areas offer you a unique opportunity to join in providing great therapy care for individuals affected by a disability.  You will be part of LifeScape, a regional leader in pediatric therapy and services for children and adults with disabilities.

Job Requirements

Masters of Science or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT school and current licensure in the state of South Dakota required. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Prior Physical Therapy experience with pediatric population preferred.
