Union Pizza & Smash – Pizza / Fry Cook

Union Pizza & Smash is hiring Pizza / Fry Cooks to join our kitchen team. This is a hands-on position working primarily at our pizza and fryer stations in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Stretch dough, sauce, top, and build pizzas according to recipes
• Cook and finish pizzas while maintaining quality and consistency
• Operate the fryer and prepare fried appetizers, chicken, fries, and other menu items
• Prepare garlic knots and assist with other kitchen items as needed
• Keep pizza and fryer stations stocked, clean, and organized
• Follow recipes, portioning, and food prep standards
• Complete daily prep and restocking
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Communicate and work together with the kitchen and FOH teams during busy service
• Assist with cleaning and closing duties
