POSITION:
Plant Manager

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Monitor Safety, Quality, Delivery and Production metrics to ensure they are being met.
- 5-6 direct reports.
- Project Management.
- Oversee plant operations.
- Provide direction and guidance for the development and putting into place of an annual business plan and budget.
- Work towards continuous improvement.
- Be a participating member on management, improvement, and project teams.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• Production Management Experience.
• SME, APICS, CQE, Black Belt Certifications – Preferred.
• 10+ years of Management or Supervisory Experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree – preferred.
