Plumbing Service Manager

If you have 5 or more years of experience in plumbing service work, a desire to work for a growing and stable company, are a licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber, and are looking for personal and professional growth in your career then we need to talk.
WHAT THIS COMPANY OFFERS YOU:
- $75,000 -100K (DOE).

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Manage the plumbing service department, coordinating work and jobs, providing quality customer service, supervise 10 to 12 plumbing techs, and assist with invoicing projects.
- Provide ongoing training, performance evaluation, corrective actions, employee development, and coaching for a team of techs and service support staff.
- Provide good customer service focusing on customer satisfaction by taking care of customer inquiries, work requests, concerns and problems that may arise.
- Coordinates with other office personnel to optimize manpower, schedules and work flow.
