Pay & Schedule
- $26–$34 per hour (DOE)
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Overtime opportunities available
?? Sign-On Bonus
- $5,000 – Journeyman-level Service Technician
- $1,000 – Apprentice-level Service Technician
What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing issues
- Service residential and light commercial systems
- Install fixtures, plumbing systems, and water heaters
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system performance
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide excellent service
- Work with team members to complete jobs efficiently and safely
What We’re Looking For
- Proven plumbing experience (license preferred but not required)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- HVAC or boiler experience is a plus, but not required
