Job Description
Union Pizza & Smash is looking for a PM Bartender / Supervisor to help lead evening operations while working behind the bar and supporting the front of house team.
This is a hands-on position for someone who can provide great bar and counter service while also helping keep the shift organized, the team on track, and guests taken care of.
Responsibilities
- Bartend and provide friendly, efficient guest service
- Help supervise the FOH team during evening shifts
- Keep staff on task and maintain service standards
- Assist with training and coaching team members
- Handle guest questions or concerns when needed
- Support counter service and jump in wherever needed
- Communicate with the kitchen and FOH team throughout the shift
- Maintain a clean, organized bar and dining area
- Complete closing procedures and help ensure the restaurant is properly closed each night
- Communicate shift issues or important information to management
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable, punctual, and comfortable taking the lead
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Able to stay organized and calm during busy shifts
- Willing to work alongside the team—not just supervise
- Bartending or restaurant experience preferred
- Previous leadership experience is a plus
- Nights and weekends are required
