Summary of Position
Assists the POSH Fundraising Manager with the successful planning, production and execution of fundraising and donor communications across multiple channels. This position coordinates all aspects of direct mail production, keeping projects on schedule, maintaining quality standards and meeting critical deadlines.
Success in this position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and excellent communication skills.
This is a nonexempt position in Chamberlain. Salary starting at $27/hour.

Reports to POSH Fundraising Manager
Core Responsibilities
• Assist the POSH Fundraising Manager with all aspects of the Priests of the Sacred Heart (POSH) fundraising
program.
Responsibilities
1. Assists in all areas of Direct Mail production to meet deadlines and keep projects on schedule. This includes, but
is not limited to, updating projects in NetSuite, submitting edits to vendors and compiling review binders.
2. Works as the primary point of contact in the editing and production process. Routes direct mail reviews to
appropriate staff and communicates needed edits to the producing partner (Tipi Press Printing or a vendor
partner). Keeps the appropriate people advised of any possible problems.
3. Maintains a permanent digital and paper library of sample mailings and is responsible for all thank-you letter
implementation and review.
4. Oversees text campaigns and assists POSH digital staff to update and proofread donation pages and emails.
As Knowledge of the program and competency is achieved:
• Assists with issuing bids and purchase orders to vendors.
• Assists with the review and approval of invoices, maintains inventory and issues invoices to POSH for campaigns
mailed at St. Joseph’s Indian School.
• Assists with list purchases and approvals, reviewing selection criteria and test data files.
5. Serves as a backup to, and performs other responsibilities as required by, the POSH Fundraising Manager.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma required
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficient in project management
• Well-organized and highly detail-oriented.
• Energetic personality with the ability to be respectfully assertive working with vendors.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn iSynergy and to work in MS Excel and MS Word is required.
• Self-motivated team player of excellent character and personal integrity.
Physical Demands
• Uses both hands and wrists repetitively for prolonged periods.
Expectations of Hours Worked
• At least 40 hours/week.
