Onsite: Sioux Falls, SD., Travel is required.
HOURS: Full-time, 40hours, Monday- Friday; occasional evenings and weekends, as needed.
SALARY: Dependent on experience and qualifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Post Adoption Services Coordinator plans, develops, and coordinates post-adoption support services for adoptive families and youth. This role collaborates with community partners to build and maintain resources, develop referral networks, and enhance awareness of adoption-related services. The Coordinator organizes and facilitates support groups, trainings, workshops, and an annual conference, while ensuring appropriate staffing and logistical support for program activities.
In addition, this position is responsible for publicizing program services through outreach and communication efforts, including newsletters and community engagement, and assisting in the monitoring and achievement of program goals and outcomes. The coordinator maintains accurate program documentation and utilizes required systems to support service delivery and reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience in a human services environment, or an equivalent combination of post-secondary education and relevant experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age, is required.
- Willingness to submit to record checks to detect criminal convictions of behavior harmful towards children, spousal abuse, distributing drugs or sex crimes.
- Requires a valid auto-insurance, a valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain one with approved driver status.
