Custom Structures of South Dakota LLC in Rapid City is seeking a motivated and experienced Post Frame Lead to join our team. As a Post Frame Crew Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a crew of builders and ensuring that all post frame construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a crew of builders in the construction of post frame buildings
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure project deadlines are met
• Ensure all work is completed according to building codes and company standards
• Train and mentor crew members to improve their skills and performance
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in post frame construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of construction techniques and materials
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
