- Tuesday through Saturday

Job Duties
- Manage the relationship between the customer and the Service department. Service Advisors use product knowledge and customer direction to ensure all customer service and repair needs are met. Along with quality checks on all machines.
- Advisors will be responsible for moving machines and assisting the service advisors.
- The Service Advisor is the point of contact for the customers in the service department. They act as a liaison between the customer and technician for service jobs. They need to have strong analytical and customer service skills. A good Service Advisor adds value by monitoring customers’ service intervals to set future appointments – adding service profitability while prioritizing customer care. The Service Advisor is responsible for all the processes put in place (write-up, customer updates, trade-ins/sales inventory, diagnosing, testing, schedules, pre-prints, and consulting with co-workers).
- Will have daily responsibilities of cleaning and organizing.
Requirements Include:
- Mechanical background and can talk the “lingo”
- Strong Customer Service is a must
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Able to maneuver a motorcycle, side by sides, and ATVs safely.
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
- “Can-do” attitude
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen and have a safe driving record.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement.
