Powersports Service Manager Wanted – Join Our High-Octane Team!

Compensation: $6500-$8000/ month

We're looking for a Powersports Service Manager to lead our service team and take our dealership to the next level.

What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily operations of the service department for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports vehicles
Supervise, train, and motivate service technicians, advisors, and support staff
Ensure timely and accurate diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
Communicate with customers about service needs, timelines, and costs
Manage department scheduling, workflow, and parts inventory
Drive customer satisfaction and ensure a premium service experience
Track and report on department performance metrics
Develop and build relationships between co-workers and customers
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Service Manager, preferably in the powersports or automotive industry
Strong technical knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and related equipment
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to solve problems on the fly
Proficiency with service software (e.g., Lightspeed, DX1, or similar systems) a plus
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check, and have a clean driving record.
