Job Description:
Facility: PREMIER Bankcard
Location: Sioux Falls, SD
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Status: 90-day internship
About the Internship
To be successful in this role the candidate must be a collaborative team player with an ability to interact with team members. Genuine interest in financial planning & analysis, coupled with strong skills in EXCEL and data analysis are important. A pursuit of a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a quantitative data analysis degree is required.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis for assigned business units within PREMIER Bankcard.
- Assist in developing and monitoring key business indicators for the business units.
- Support month end variance explanations to budget, forecast, prior year to provide transparency into business performance trends.
- Assist in preparing management reporting, business analysis, business presentations and provide insightful commentary regarding results and projections.
- Meet with assigned business leaders on a recurring basis to share results and gain insights into business strategy.
- Ad Hoc analysis projects as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications
- Applicant should be enrolled in or pursuing higher education
- Possess intermediate PC skills
- Ability to be patient and attentive to detail
- Excellent verbal and listening skills and ability to use positive language
