Job Title: Prep Cook & Fry Cook (Part-Time)
Hours: 25–35 hours per week
Schedule: Weekdays and Friday & Saturday nights
We are looking for a versatile and dependable Prep Cook & Fry Cook who can handle both prep and line duties in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role is ideal for someone with solid kitchen skills who enjoys variety and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily prep duties including vegetables, proteins, and basic sauces or dressings
Operate fryers and assist with fry station during service
Cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist the chef and kitchen team as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous prep and/or fry cook experience preferred
Ability to work both prep shifts and busy service periods
Comfortable multitasking and working under pressure
Reliable availability on weekdays and Friday & Saturday nights
Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
