Job Description
Print Press Operator - Weekend Shift (FRI, SAT & SUN 5:30am - 6pm)
Prior press experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate!

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate a sheet fed press to complete print projects efficiently.
- Run tests and trials as requested.
- Detect and report defective materials or potential problems; complete quality checks.
- Balance quality, productivity, cost and safety to achieve positive results.
- Maintains clean and orderly work area and equipment.
- Performs preventative maintenance on machine as required.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) related to job function and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’S).
- Comply with all company policies.
- Work OT as required.
Knowledge/Skills:
- High School Diploma or General education degree (GED)
- Set process color to standard ink densities; register/fit process color.
- Strong attention to detail and able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Good mechanical aptitude with ability to problem solve.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 40 lbs on a regular basis.
- Previous experience as a multi-color sheet fed press operator is preferred or have the ability to learn quickly.
