PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE | Full-Time | Shift 1 | 7am to 3:30pm with overtime on Saturdays 6am to 11am.
PAY: $18/hour

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work directly from prints or assembly instructions to assemble low-volume and prototype projects
- Insert electronic components by hand into printed circuit boards.
- Responsible for the accuracy of component placement and assembly of final product.
- Work with other assemblers to teach assembly and soldering techniques that will ensure quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with teammates to share assembly and soldering techniques that support quality and efficiency.
- Communicate job status to team leaders
- Perform testing, packing, and related tasks requiring attention to detail and teamwork.
- Participate in continuous improvement and occasional overtime as needed
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Two or more years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to read and understand verbal or written English instructions.
- Self-starter who collaborates effectively across teams.
PHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
- Ability to distinguish colors and work around standard production odors.
- Proper PPE required per ESI Safety Policy and OSHA standards.
- Periods of sitting and standing for extended time.
- Bending, reaching, and twisting during assembly and packing.

SCHEDULE
- Full-time, on-site.
- Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
- Monday – Friday 7am to 3:30pm
- Occasional Overtime Saturdays 6am to 11am
