Job Description



  1. Cement block / paver / aggregate / and cement production and packaging activities
  2. Set up, operate and maintain production equipment
  3. Operate forklifts, skid steers and wheel loaders in moving and loading both raw materials and finished goods
  4. Maintain production quality, accuracy and efficiency
  5. Accurately and timely complete required production records
  6. Maintain clean and safe work area and equipment
  7. Other duties as assigned


  1. Schedule: 8 AM to 5 PM, M-F (Frequent OT required)
  2. Compensation: From $14.50 to $16 hr.
  3. Benefits: Yes 
Job Requirements
1. Experience: Concrete, manufacturing and packaging experience helpful, prefer 5+ years’ experience, good work history required; must have forklift and machine operating experience
2. Education: High School diploma or GED
3. Skills: Proficient English oral and written communication skills, basic math, basic computer, forklift and manufacturing equipment operations
5. Attributes: Mechanically inclined, reliable, quality and detail oriented
6. Physical Requirements: Regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs. individually, more in a team lift, bend, stoop, twist and stand on hard surfaces
7. Tests: Acceptable skills, background and drug screen results
