Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Assist in the setup, monitoring and maintenance of equipment
  2. Ensure quality of product and accuracy of counts
  3. Load product for production and unload finished product
  4. Stack finished product to ensure secure and safe load
  5. Wrap and tag product for shipment by job
  6. Assist all areas of production and warehouse operations as needed
  7. Maintain clean and safe work area
  8. Other duties as assigned

POSITIONS PROVIDE:

  1. Schedule-Shift : 6 AM to 4:30 PM,or 2 PM to 12:30 AM, M-Th (Frequent OT required), OT on Fridays. 
  2. Compensation: From $15 hr.
  3. Benefits: Yes, 100% employer paid health insurance
Job Requirements
1. Experience: Concrete, manufacturing production and packaging experience helpful, prefer 5+ years’ experience, good work history required
2. Education: High School diploma or GED
3. Skills: Proficient English oral and written communication skills, basic math, basic computer, forklift operations, monitor and control of manufacturing equipment
4. Attributes: Mechanically inclined, reliable, quality and detail oriented
5. Physical Requirements: Regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs. individually, more in a team lift, bend, stoop, twist and stand on hard surfaces
6. Test: Skills, background and drug screen
