Production Manager

WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS YOU
- $90,000 - $120,000 +
- Bonuses of $5,000 - $10,0000
- Monday – Thursday (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Lead production operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery goals across multiple manufacturing areas.
- Plan, schedule, and optimize assembly operations using lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles to maximize efficiency and capacity.
- Develop, coach, and mentor production leaders and employees while ensuring effective training and performance management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), production metrics, budgets, and labor utilization to drive operational excellence and cost improvements.
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to resolve production issues, improve processes, and reduce scrap, rework, and downtime.
- Support changing customer demand by maintaining production flexibility and implementing process improvements that enhance overall manufacturing performance.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE
• 5–10 years of manufacturing experience, including 5–7 years in a production leadership role.
• Experience managing multiple production lines, departments, or business units within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, production planning, and assembly operations.
• Proven leadership, coaching, communication, and team development skills with the ability to build high-performing teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word, and experience using production metrics to drive decision-making.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
