Job Description
Location: De Smet, SD
Production Assembler – $20–$22/hr
Join a crew that builds custom aluminum windows from the ground up. If you like hands-on work, take pride in precision, and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves, you’ll fit right in.
What You'll Do:
- Cut, drill, mill, and route aluminum parts to spec
- Assemble components using various fastening methods
- Operate machinery, including CNC routers
- Rotate between workstations as needed
- Apply sealants and prep windows for shipment
- Load/unload trucks and help keep production flowing
- Inspect, clean, and package finished products
What You Bring:
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to read basic instructions and measurements
- Solid teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable lifting up to 50+ lbs and being on your feet
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and pitch in wherever needed
Work Environment:
Fast-paced production floor with moving equipment, moderate noise, and required PPE (eye and hearing protection).
