Nordica Warehouses is a third-party logistics (3PL) company with three warehouse complexes across the Sioux Falls area. We provide dependable storage, handling, and production services for a variety of customers. Our small, dedicated team values reliability, safety, and attention to detail to keep operations running smoothly.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Production Worker to join our team at our 39th Street North location. This position involves daily production and warehouse support, including sorting, packaging, and helping keep the facility organized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort and organize raw cardboard materials
- Box, stack, and prepare materials for shipment
- Wrap pallets to secure finished goods for transport
- Operate a banding machine (bander) safely and efficiently
- Assist with warehouse organization and cleaning duties
- Inspect materials and finished goods for quality and accuracy
- Follow all safety and quality guidelines
Ideal Candidate:
- Dependable with consistent attendance
- Detail-oriented and safety-conscious
- Works well independently and as part of a small team
- Able to stand for most of the shift and lift up to 40–50 lbs occasionally
- Prior warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience preferred
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with optional overtime available.
