As a Project Coordinator, you'll serve as the connection between our homeowners, production teams, and service technicians, ensuring projects are scheduled efficiently, communication is clear, and every customer receives the outstanding experience we're known for.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate installation schedules and service requests for existing customers
  • Manage daily schedules for production crews and service technicians while balancing multiple priorities
  • Communicate proactively with homeowners, providing updates and ensuring a seamless project experience
  • Partner closely with our operations team to learn and grow your knowledge of windows, doors, siding, and gutter systems
  • Plan and coordinate project timelines to maximize efficiency and keep production on schedule
  • Order materials and replacement parts for upcoming projects
  • Process warranty claims, update reports, and maintain accurate records across multiple software platforms
  • Investigate service requests, gather information, document findings, and communicate resolutions internally and externally
  • Work collaboratively with field teams to monitor project progress and customer satisfaction
  • Anticipate inventory needs and place orders to support upcoming installations
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a positive, solution-focused attitude

What We're Looking For

  • Customer service experience with a proven ability to resolve customer concerns professionally (required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse/office setting and collaborating with field personnel
  • Proficient with computers and able to quickly learn multiple software systems
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated work ethic, and a team-first mindset
