Project Engineer

WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS YOU
- $75,000 - $100,000
- PTO – accrues weekly, 8 Paid Holidays, 1 Floating Holiday

- Work Schedule Options: 5 day work week 8 hour shifts, or 4 day work week with 10 hour shifts.
THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Reports to Engineering Manager.
- Independently execute engineering assignments with general management direction.
- Develop and evaluate innovative designs using advanced engineering methods.
- Conduct studies and analyses focused on performance, cost, manufacturability, and serviceability.
- Apply sound judgment to adapt standard engineering techniques and solve complex problems.
- Perform finite element analysis and support prototype testing and validation.
- Lead projects through a gated development process, managing schedules and reporting progress.
- Coordinate cross-functional implementation using lean manufacturing principles.
- Ensure design safety, including FMEA and required safety documentation.
- Supervise project team members and promote effective communication and collaboration.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering – required.
• 3+ Years Experience
• 2D & 3D Computer Aided Drafting Software Experience.
• PE Certification – Preferred
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to travel internationally.
