What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be the reason residents feel at home. Your day to day will include completing work orders for current residents, turning units between residents so they're move-in ready, and keeping properties in top shape through routine preventative maintenance. No two days look exactly alike, and that's part of what makes this role a great fit for someone who thrives on variety.
We'll train the right person, but here's what sets a strong candidate apart:
- General maintenance experience (apartment/property management experience is a plus, not a requirement)
- Comfortable working at heights
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Reliable personal vehicle and your own hand tools
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Must pass a background check
This is a full-time, 40-hour/week position with overtime availability. You'll participate in a rotating on-call schedule that covers evenings, weekends, and holidays.
