Hourly FOH Supervisor - - Phillips Ave Diner
This job will also have the opportunity to serve from time to time.
The right person for this job will maintain a clean, well-organized front of house operation by:
- ensuring every guest is getting stellar service
- being able to work, or assist with, all front of house positions
- creating an environment where employees are appreciated and supported
- understanding their co-workers and helping them succeed
- being patient and excelling in conflict resolution
- maintaining/monitoring all company FOH hiring/training
