Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable managing a variety of duties in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send invoices in a timely manner

  • Manage and maintain office inventory

  • Make bank deposits

  • Assist with accounts receivable tasks and follow-ups

  • Conduct schedule confirmations with customers

  • Prepare work orders

  • Perform schedule confirmations and other routine admin tasks

  • Complete various administrative tasks and special assignments as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic office software

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Willingness to take initiative, learn new software systems, and offer creative solutions to improve workflow

Compensation:

  • Hourly pay, based on experience
