Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable managing a variety of duties in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and send invoices in a timely manner
Manage and maintain office inventory
Make bank deposits
Assist with accounts receivable tasks and follow-ups
Conduct schedule confirmations with customers
Prepare work orders
Perform schedule confirmations and other routine admin tasks
Complete various administrative tasks and special assignments as needed
Qualifications:
Previous office or administrative experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic office software
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Willingness to take initiative, learn new software systems, and offer creative solutions to improve workflow
