This is an entry level position giving you the opportunity to learn the automotive industry. We are looking for candidates who are available for full-time hours, have proven customer service experience, and are enthusiastic about their work. Candidate must also have a driver license and clean driving record, as moving vehicles through the shop is a required job duty.
Duties for this position include meeting, greeting, and providing information to service customers, accurately determining appropriate customer routing, moving vehicles in and around service drive, maintaining clear communication of services requested with advisors.
This position works both indoors and outdoors, in a shop environment greeting customers in the service drive, standing and walking is required for up to 75% of work shift, and bending, twisting, and kneeling required primarily for getting in and out of vehicles.
