Our team is growing, so we are offering a new opportunity for a Receiving Coordinator. The Receiving Coordinator is responsible for managing the movement of goods and materials in and out of the warehouse distribution center. This includes receiving and processing incoming shipments, preparing and shipping outgoing shipments, and ensuring accurate inventory levels. Here's what you’ll get to do:

• Receive and unload incoming shipments from trucks and verify the contents against purchase orders or invoices
• Inspect received goods for damage, accuracy, and quality
• Sort, count, and label items received, and store them in designated areas
• Prepare shipping documents and schedule shipments with carriers
• Pack and label items for shipment, ensuring that they are secure and meet all regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic inventory checks
• Prepare reports and maintain records of shipments and receipts
• Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Communicate with vendors, carriers, and other departments as necessary to ensure timely and accurate shipments

This is what will get you noticed:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment, with experience in shipping and receiving processes
• Familiarity with shipping and inventory management software, such as UPS WorldShip or FedEx Ship Manager
• Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment
• Experience with inventory management and record-keeping
• Experience communicating with vendors, carriers, and other departments to coordinate shipments
• Certifications: Forklift certification preferred

Hours/Pay:

• Full-time, regular business hours Monday thru Friday
