Role Overview:

As a receptionist/chiropractic assistant at Salem Chiropractic Clinic, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Additionally, you will support our chiropractors by preparing treatment rooms, assisting with therapies, and providing excellent customer service to ensure our patients have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's calendar.
• Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
• Managing patient records and maintaining confidentiality.
• Assisting chiropractors with patient treatments and therapies.
• Keeping the reception area clean and organized.
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure patient satisfaction.
