JOB SUMMARY:

Grow with us as a Receptionist at our Billie Arthur Design Studio in Sioux Falls, SD! Make a positive difference by creating a welcoming first impression both in person and over the phone. We’re seeking an excellent communicator who is customer-oriented, self-motivated and organized to oversee our busy front desk.
  • Full-Time (40 hrs/wk)
  • You will be the face of the company greeting and directing clients and vendors alike to the appropriate area of our company
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, assist with supplies for the design studio
  • Assist with exclusive events in The Billie Arthur Design Studio i.e. supplies, vendor coordination and communication
  • Using your customer service skill-set and professional appearance greet everyone who enters the building with a positive attitude and demeanor that represents the values of The Billie Arthur Design Studio
  • All other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Upon job offer, must be able to pass a background check prior to starting employment
  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant a plus
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills both verbally and written
  • Previous experience in an administrative/office environment preferred
  • Must have a polished and professional appearance
  • Attention to detail
