Job Description
Position Summary:

The receptionist is responsible for many administrative functions including processing mail, answering multiple phone calls, and managing multiple schedules.

Essential Job Functions
  • Sorting all invoices and labeling them accurately making sure they are processed in a timely manner.
  • Process all incoming mail and disburse to the appropriate person.
  • Handle outgoing mail being sure proper postage and each item is addressed.
  • Reconcile account payable vendor statements, cross checking with accounting software to assure accuracy and that everything has been entered.
  • Answering a variety of incoming calls.
  • Orders all office and cleaning supplies.
  • Greeting customers creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with Windows software and operating a computer.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.

  • Performs other duties assigned to them and assumes other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein.
