Job Title: Receptionist
Position Summary: The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and employees. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing incoming communications, maintaining office organization, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper sign-in procedures.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
Provide general administrative support to departments as needed.
Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
Monitor and order office supplies.
Handle inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
