What You’ll Do

As a Part-Time Recruiter & Community Relations Specialist, you will:

?? Recruit Top Talent

Post and promote open roles across job boards, social media, and local networks
Screen applicants, schedule interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process
Partner with hiring managers to align candidate pipelines with workforce needs
Track recruiting metrics and report on sourcing effectiveness

?? Strengthen Community Presence

Represent Dakota Storage at local job fairs, chamber events, school visits, and career expos
Develop and nurture relationships with workforce partners, schools, and community groups
Promote Dakota Storage’s mission and values through local engagement initiatives

?? Build Brand Awareness

Create social media content related to hiring, team culture, and community outreach
Collaborate with marketing on recruiting campaigns and internal communications

What We’re Looking For

A Go-getter who loves developing relationships
Experience in recruiting, HR, or community outreach preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you love meeting people
Proficiency with email, social media, and online job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ability to work onsite in Milbank, SD, and attend occasional offsite events
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
