The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral part of our internal recruiting function, delivering full cycle recruiting support across all divisions. This role will source and qualify talent, deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience, and help business leaders make informed hiring decisions.
Classification: Part-Time; Non-Exempt
Shift: 6-month Contract - Approximately 30 hours/week
Location: On-site
Willing to re-evaluate near end of contract to discuss extending or transferring to full time
Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
Assist in leading the full cycle recruiting function
Maintain ATS accuracy to support candidate profiles, reporting and forecasting
Stay adept in industry best-practices to help refine techniques to increase efficiency and facilitate decision-making
Review resumes, cover letters, and applications
Conduct Phone screens
Support pre-employment processes, including background checks
Schedule subsequent interviews, coordinating with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
Support HR/Recruitment team with sourcing tasks and pipeline organization
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and support
Serve as point of contact for the candidates throughout the entire candidate life cycle
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
Prior experience (1+ years) in HR, Admin, or similar industry strongly preferred
Prior experience (1+ years) in outbound phone, email, and text messaging communication strongly preferred
Familiarity with ATS or CRM platforms
Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, hiring managers, and leadership
Strong understanding of recruiting, hiring, and HR best practices strongly preferred
Ability to maintain a high attention to detail while working at a fast pace
Ability to analyze and interpret sensitive information
Ability to manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines
Ability to translate concepts and details effectively both verbally and in writing
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
