Job Description
OBJECTIVE:
Research, develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. Provide support to hiring managers during the recruitment and onboarding process.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (other duties as assigned)
- Develop best practices for sourcing and engagement techniques
- Coordinate activities around pipeline for specific projects and campaigns across different business areas and geographies for active and passive talent
- Collaborate with team members to create innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies
- Create and edit recruitment marketing material
- Use metrics and reporting to track internal results, measure effectiveness, and identify needs
- Screen qualified candidates and conduct initial assessments
- Manage the interview process for Dir. Of Human Resources and hiring managers

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Education:
Degree in Business or Human Resources or equivalent experience
Experience:
2 years’ experience in Human Resources/Relations preferred
Work Environment:
Office setting
Physical Requirements:
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Strategic thinking skills
Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
Additional Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to work and attend meetings.
Occasional overnight travel to other locations.
