Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Regional Director to lead our office and provide highly reliable care to our community.

As Regional Director, you will report to the VP of Operations.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leadership and Growth: Building referral source relationships, acquiring new clients, and leading the office team.
- Staff Management: Managing recruitment, orientation, scheduling (including an on-call rotation), and professional development for care providers and managers.
- Quality Assurance: Assessing prospective residents, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensuring compliance with licensing and program policies
- .Customer Service: Overseeing individualized client care plans, conducting site visits, and maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Office Management: Ensure efficient daily operations and maintain necessary supplies.- Experience working with individuals with mental illness preferred.- Oversee documentation of home health contracts
- Review invoicing
- Resolve elevated client, billing, and provider issues
- Complete monthly one on ones with staff as well as yearly reviews and corrective action plans as necessary
- Acts as 24-hour support for management and on-call team members
- On-call 1 night a week and every 3-5th weekend ; may require taking shifts if no staff is available
- Review and analyze statistics weekly to ensure compliance
- Attend internal meetings as required, including weekly manager meetings, 1:1's, staff meetings, etc
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (MBA, MHA, or RN preferred).
- Required experience in home care and management.
- Proficiency in professional communication and EMR systems.
- A valid South Dakota driver’s license and proof of insurance.
- Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
