Regional Inside Sales Account Manager
Hartford, SD | Full-Time | $70K (Base + Monthly Bonus)

As we continue to grow and share services, we’re looking for a motivated, dependable Inside Sales Specialist to support both companies in this shared role. This unique position offers variety, collaboration, and the opportunity to make an impact across two high-performing teams. Quarterly travel between Amarillo and Oklahoma City is required to stay connected with both offices and teams.

Your Potential:

What You’ll Be Doing:
Following up with homeowners who’ve received estimates from our Design Specialists team or service techs.
Helping them feel confident in their decision to move forward with their project.
Saving at-risk jobs by offering clear answers, empathy, and trustworthy solutions.
Turning follow-ups into booked jobs while supporting our overall inside sales goals.
Keeping accurate records and working alongside our Customer Care, Production, and Service teams to keep everything running smoothly.
Identify trends in customer experience and communicate that to sales director.
What You Bring to the Table:
At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred
Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
Comfort using computer systems and sales tools
A positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and a team-first mindset
High school diploma or GED preferred
