Regional Operations Manager
Our client is a key player in the grain handling/equipment industry. With manufacturing and construction capabilities. Headquarters in Iowa, they have regional locations that need attention as well. They are looking for a Regional Operations Manager in the Garden City, Kansas area.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Manage day-to-day field and office operations across multiple projects and crews
- Work alongside the sales and design team to grow the current customer base
- Manage budgets, forecasts, job costs and revenue targets in the region.
- Provide supervisory oversight on projects with a regular onsite presence.
- Coordinate labor, subcontractors, materials and equipment for multiple projects
- Provide updates to management and customers as needed.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Agri-Business, Engineering, or a similar discipline
• 10 plus years of construction/industrial management experience.
• Strong business development and financial acumen background
• Ability to own projects and budgets for the region.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Kansas, Colorado, Oklahoma and Nebraska with regular onsite visits.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products and CRM/Project Management tools.
• Good communication skills.
