Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant who is passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. This individual will work alongside our doctors to provide outstanding dental and surgical care while helping create a welcoming, efficient, and compassionate environment for every patient.

What You'll Do
Review medical histories, medications, and health alerts, communicating any concerns to the doctor.
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for restorative and surgical procedures.
Provide exceptional chairside assistance during general, restorative, implant, and surgical dentistry.
Capture high-quality CBCT and panoramic radiographs.
Educate patients on treatment, medications, and pre- and post-operative instructions with confidence and compassion.
Maintain accurate clinical charting and documentation.
Clean, sterilize, and maintain instruments and operatories following OSHA and infection control standards.
Monitor clinical inventory and help maintain adequate supplies.
Support front office operations when needed to ensure an outstanding patient experience.
Anticipate provider needs and contribute to an efficient, organized clinical schedule.
Assist with equipment maintenance and report service needs promptly.
What We're Looking For
Strong knowledge of dental terminology and clinical procedures.
Experience assisting with implant dentistry, including All-on-X, overdentures, and surgical procedures.
Proficiency with impressions.
Experience obtaining CBCT and panoramic images.
Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations, infection control, and HIPAA compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Calm, compassionate, and patient-centered approach.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
Positive attitude and willingness to support teammates wherever needed.
A desire to contribute to a culture built on trust, excellence, and service.
Qualifications
Current Registered Dental Assistant
Current BLS Certification.
Current Dental Radiography (X-ray) Certification.
Experience with wax try-ins and locator ring replacement preferred.
Experience with Open Dental software preferred.
