Registered Medication Aide – Full-Time Evenings or Overnights

$2,500 retention bonus available for eligible full-time hires!
Pay: $17–$18.50 per hour. Starting pay is based on Bethany’s established wage scale and credited years of relevant experience. Shift and weekend differentials provide additional pay.
Schedule: Full-time evening and overnight positions available. Every other weekend is required.
Bethany Meadows is hiring Registered Medication Aides for our assisted living community in Brandon. We’re looking for dependable team members who pay attention to detail, work well with others, and treat residents with kindness and respect.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications as delegated by a licensed nurse, following medication orders and facility procedures.
- Accurately document medication administration.
- Observe residents and promptly report changes or concerns to the nurse.
- Provide residents with support and assistance while respecting their privacy, dignity, and independence.
- Communicate with coworkers to support consistent resident care.
Qualifications
- Current medication aide registration with the South Dakota Board of Nursing.
- Completion of an approved medication administration training program or accepted equivalent.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Dependable attendance and the ability to work as part of a team.
