Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate the medical and mental health needs of patients
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of South Dakota
• Previous experience in mental health or substance abuse treatment preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate and nonjudgmental approach to patient care
